Meg Heckman attended the University of New Hampshire and has completed fellowships with the Poynter Institute for Media Studies and the New York Times Foundation. She has been a reporter for the Concord Monitor since 2002. Infected at birth by hepatitis C, she shares her experience in a six part series called, 'My Epidemic' featured in the Concord Monitor.
