With a 35+ year career on Capitol Hill, Bill Vaughan worked for various members of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Ways and Means, retiring in 2001 as staff director of the Health Subcommittee. Since then, Bill has worked on consumer health issues for FamiliesUSA and Consumers Union. Vaughan is currently a member of the board of directors of the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare. He is also a volunteer on the U.S. Cochrane Collaboration and recently completed service on an IOM FDA drug safety study panel. |
