HABIT

December 23, 2003

Vol. 6 No. 11

Dear Colleagues,

As the Center’s 11th year comes to a close, there are hopeful signs of progress: Health behavior is gradually becoming recognized as a critical component in solving the major health problems of our time.

And as HABIT endeavors to show each month, health behavior research is moving beyond its earlier days of smoking cessation and physical activity interventions to encompass a more expansive, interdisciplinary view of how the study of behavior can result in improved health.

We hope that you’ll continue to join HABIT and the Center as we look forward to 2004!

Cheers --
