CFAH President, Jessie Gruman, PhD, Appears on The Martha Stewart Show



NEW YORK — March 27, 2009, Today, Jessie Gruman, PhD, President of the Center for Advancing Health, will appear on The Martha Stewart Show to discuss her book, AfterShock- What to Do When the Doctor Gives You- Or Someone You Love- A Devastating Diagnosis. Dr. Gruman will give advice to viewers who have recently received a bad diagnosis, offering tips on how to find resources to care for both physical and mental health in the face of such news.

“The Martha Stewart Show" is a nationally syndicated television show hosted by Martha Stewart. The hour-long show is taped in front of a live studio audience and airs each weekday. The show features celebrities and ordinary people, sharing their favorite recipes and crafts with the viewing audience. The series is distributed by NBC Universal.
