Prepared Patient: (monthly) – (view the current issue of Prepared Patient)
The Prepared Patient, a monthly emailed series created by the Health Behavior News Service (HBNS), of the Center for the Advancement of Health, is intended to help Americans participate more fully in their health care. Each issue explores a new topic to prepare readers for productive encounters with the health care system: whether understanding the need for check-ups, to managing their own chronic diseases, to getting the most value from doctor-patient interactions.

Latest Research News Releases: (bi-monthly) – (view the latest research news)
HBNS monitors articles in peer-reviewed journals and research by nonprofit, public- and private-sector producers of systematic evidence reviews. We turn the research into readable, accurate and useful news stories on health promotion, disease prevention, chronic conditions and health care services. These stories are offered bi-monthly by email.

CFAH's Today's Health Headlines: (daily) – (view today's health headlines)
Every weekday, the Health Headlines are distributed by email, linking you to the top stories in that morning's news media from around the world. The headline selections highlight the latest evidence-based health research and health care policies that affect how people make decisions about their own health care.

GoodBehavior! (monthly) – (view the current issue of GoodBehavior)
Each month, Jessie Gruman, PhD, president of the Center for the Advancement of Health, publishes an electronic newsletter titled Good Behavior. The newsletter, aimed at physicians, clinicians and other health care providers, offers readers Dr. Gruman’s expert advice on how providers can best support patients in the health care system. Subscriptions to the newsletter are available at no cost for those interested in helping people make the most of the modern health care system.
